We are constantly working on improving our communication with both clients and employees, as well as on ensuring that every team member fully understands their responsibilities. We believe this is the key to successfully completing any project. As practice shows, any contractor can make a mistake, even if they’ve executed previous projects perfectly. However, due to changes in the team, deteriorating communication, or control, errors can occur in subsequent projects. We keep this focus in mind at all times.
We have developed a well-established system for communication, reporting, and task distribution, which ensures the efficient and productive organization of work.
If necessary, on the first day the foreman arrives on site with all the pre-prepared tools, he creates a chat with the managers and workers. He sends photos of the progress twice a day and communicates any work-related questions. This approach keeps both sides fully informed about what is happening.
We always aim for long-term relationships with our clients, so we are committed to delivering flawless, high-quality, and fast work. Our team understands this and works hard, which is why we never sit idle at home.
We are always ready to travel for assignments, and we enjoy working on projects "across Canada." Our installers love to fly, drive, deliver and install millwork anywhere in Canada to complete the most challenging projects. With our base of tools, trucks and employees from Vancouver and Calgary long distances is a no brainer.

Our worksheet system works accurately, distributing teams in the best way for a specific project, without causing problems with the start and end dates of the project. The table system also allows you to accurately track hours on long projects, without making an error in calculating the total amount. We know exactly who and when worked on which project and what was done can be verified without issues.
Service Work:
We are ready to provide service work for our clients. Often Millwork Installation companies are not in rush (if not refusing) to conduct small service works and making touchups as such works have low time/money ratio.
In Karbonit Consruction, we are happy to provide such services, because we understand the importance of little things for our customers.
