Challenges: The project located in the Oakridge Mall required additional attention to site coordination, millwork deliveries and following strict organizational procedures during the process. Valuable experience for planning ahead of time and foreseeing issues, to avoid getting stuck without needed materials. 

The project itself, was undergoing design changes which needed lots of material remodelling on site.

Sporting life is the biggest store by sqft and it required a lot of coordination with other trades - painting, electrical, flooring. 

Project increased our capability to develop strict work schedule and deliver result against the unpredicted issues.
