Type of millwork: office millwork
Challanges: Long lasting project, millwork was coming in many phases, additional work, 30+ rooms with separate millwork units.
This project opened us to remodeling of our site progress tracking and we introduced the new system that turned out to be extremely helpful.
We have managed to effectively track missing millwork pieces such us fillers, hardware, shelves, and as little details as fastcaps and caulking status of each area.
Last major parts of the installation were done by 8 people during the 20hours shifts to meet the client’s deadline .
